When I decided to place my condominium on
the market, I talked with several friends who had sold their units
within the past year. From those conversations I talked to three of
the referred agents. James Romeo Holloway was one of the three agents
I met with to discuss selling my condominium. I immediately liked
his candor, his realistic approach to selling my unit and his ability
to package it for sale. He covered all the detailed and necessary
information against a backdrop of good humor. His humor was a real

to hold off...He also was great at screening potential buyers' so
that when all was said and done we had qualified buyers versus interested
lookers. He was very honest with feedback on buyers perceptions and
issues that needed to be handled. He was also innovative in recommendations
to resolve problems that came up during offer negotiations and through
the close.
James has a great team to work with-- his staff and others in his
office were superb at follow-up by contacting me to remind me of appointments
and obtaining specific information of interested buyers. I always
felt that I was supported in the sales process, and if I was unsure
of something, I would just call. Between James and his team, all the
